Cleaned up the area after the work was done and showed us exactly how to use the system. He even pre-programmed an additional unit that will go in our lake house. “I've been looking for a Nissan Gloria for the longest time and trying different options from local JDM dealers to importing one myself. After multiple rude dealers in Japan and nothing in my area having what I wanted I came across this company. They were respectful and straight to the point. I noted some bad reviews stating how they didn't communicate much. To be fair if I publicly posted days that we would not be available and was constantly contacted on multiple occasions during the time period I SPECIFICALLY STATED I was not available, I wouldn't want to do business as well. The owners worked with me and gave me options and most importantly they gave me all the information that I asked for. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle without viewing it in person since I reside in South Florida, and they gave me every photo and video you could ask for. These are wonderful people to do business with and they will work with you. Don't listen to these other reviews, treat them respectfully, and do not wait their time and they will do the same. I haven't even received the car yet but after all the struggle I went through before trying to get a Nissan Gloria and suddenly having a super smooth and nice experience I had to share my thoughts. “The benefits of being at a facility like this one speak for themselves once you see the buildings its impressive. Everything is new and the facility is kept clean and organized. Most if not all the companies within this facility are small and local which at times can be helpful if you need a hand or maybe need to just borrow a tool or piece of equipment. This is our 2nd year with gateway and we enjoy knowing our shop is looked after by many. The thing I would like to mention that may not be obvious is this facility is family owned.
