As a first-time home buyer, I was always told to watch out when it came to working with realtors since they may not have your best interests in hand. I did NOT have this kind of experience working with Bunbury & Associates!

When working with Mrs. Terry, she heard what my fiance and I wanted and what our budget range was and helped us look for places that fit the bill. She even went out of her way to show us places that either didn't completely fit what we wanted or were a little over our budget so that we can see if we either wanted to expand our budget or change what kind of homes we looked for. However, never did I feel like she was showing us places just for the sake of making a dollar off of us, nor did she ever try to sell us a house that had been on the market forever just to get it off her hands! It was a very refreshing experience.

In fact, once we finally began closing on the first house we liked that was within our budget, Mrs. Terry helped us close the deal by giving us tips on how to communicate with the seller, and we actually won the bid! If it weren't for her tips, we surely would not have gotten the place that we won.

Overall, I recommend Bunbury & Associates to anyone looking to buy a home or sell a home. She takes into consideration where you are in life, what you want, and what you have. In fact, when we go to sell our place, this will be the company we will both sell our place through and also buy our new place!

I loved working with Kris it was great! She was very responsive to email and text, always researched our questions, and she worked very hard to help us buy our first home. We will defiantly being selling our home through her and buying with her in the future. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I can't thank Julie enough for helping us to find our new home! She was always very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about Baraboo and the surrounding areas.
The property we bought had a bit of a muddled history which gave us some concern when we were looking to buy. We raised our questions with Julie and she went above and beyond contacting a plethora of officials to get us the answers we needed to feel confident and comfortable with our choice.
