Dr Niesen replaced my right hip and now I am back to enjoying things i like to do with no pain.

Orthopedic clinic is wonderful, staff is caring. Dr. Niesen is outstanding and was recommended to me 3 years ago and I recommend you check him out. His bedside manner is delightful and not like most specialists. I really do believe he cares for the whole person and not just the medical help he can give. I can tell when he’s smiling under his mask.

Dr Niesen repaired a botched surgery on my right knee caused by another surgeon. I was unable to walk without a walker and my implant was loose. After Dr Niesen‘a repair I am walking on my own and my leg has returned to normal use, after several years of struggling to just get through each day this Doctors hands are truly blessed and his knowledge of surgical repair and rebuilding of joints are excellent. I had Dr Niesen replace my left knee joint in spring of 2020 and my recovery was less than 6 weeks! My husband and I are thrilled with care of Dr Niesen and his entire staff at Columbus Hospital and Prairie Ridge Healthcare. They all get 5 stars in our book and we have recommended them to everyone we meet who needs to have any type of joint surgery.
