Big shout out to Charlie!!! He was amazing to work with. My husband has been wanting a new truck, I finally found 1 that was within budget, and had everything he wanted. I did a text dealer and Charlie reached out to me within a half hour of sending it. He wasn't the typical pushy sales guy. We live 3 hours from the dealership, we got there around 330 on a Saturday (they close at 4), my husband drove the truck, liked it. They weren't pushing us out the door at 4, they all stayed late to accommodate us. We had 3 kids with us, Charlie watched the kids in the lounge while we did the financing. It was a awesome, professional experience. I even msg him on the way home with the new truck and he called me right away to answer the question we had. I HIGHLY recommend Charlie as your sales guy, if your looking to purchase a vehicle from Kayser!!
