“I grew up going to this school. The teachers are wonderful and great with the kids. MPK has helped many children learn discipline, respect, perseverance, and self-control. For the children they focus on bettering the student both in the sport and in life. For adults, the focus shifts to exercise, precision, endurance, & leadership. They also provide great self-defense skills. The instructors are very knowledgeable and although they appear to be easy going and big hearted, once in the ring, they will still teach you that experience will always win a sparing match. As a side note, Sauk City MPK was founded by John Lutz and two schools have branched off to Spring Green MPK & Deforest MPK.”
