McFarlanes' Retail & Service Center

This is a wonderful family owned and run hardware and implement store. It’s great! They have all the strange little parts that I need for projects that I would normally have to travel all the way to a big box store in order to get the part, they have them all. And they’re wonderful people.

Got my tire plugged, and just like the previous 3 times I've gotten service done here the staff was friendly, helpful, and expedient. 5 stars and will be recommending to anyone who needs tire service in this area.

The shopping experience here is relaxing and I like shopping with a local family and employees who support other local businesses. No obnoxious ads playing over the intercom. They usually always have what you need. With gas prices the way they are, it is a blessing to have a good hardware store close to home. A lot of good kids in Sauk Prairie have gotten their start working here, too.

Have made multiple large purchases of equipment here in the last year and can’t say enough about this place. Dan in the sales department has answered every question I had and his response time was above and beyond expectations. My wife and I previously purchased from a JD dealer in Mt Horeb, we will never go back!
