They are thorough and don't recommend things that don't need to be done, which was my original fear. In fact they said that I could hold off on getting new brakes even though I thought I needed new ones. Turns out it was just rust that made it noisy, especially in the rain. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULLIVAN'S and will take all of our service needs to them. I will also tell others about them.”
