Baldwin Cottages Apartments

Prosper pads owns these apartments as a management company and as such tries to make money. We have felt nothing but love from (Most) of our neighbors to the property manager and even got to speak with a few people higher up. I have nothing but great things to say, they fix our issues within hours most of the time, if upgrades were not needed we did not get them OR THE PRICE INCREASE that other units saw. Some renters are a bit crazy and vandalize the units thinking its their right or are simply too old to be living alone and expect management to act as hospice. As a young couple starting our life this place was great for us, now they have all new siding, roofs and pavement all throughout! 11/10 Rich is the man, thank you for all you and the team have done it will not be forgotten!
