Amped Outdoors

I have to give amped outdoors a big thumbs up for excellent customer service…..I purchased a 12v 60ah battery for trolling motor on my fishing kayak 2 years ago, I use the battery generally every other week from April to November, best guess is about 20 uses total in 2 years, I never depleted more than 50% and always charged after each use and checked voltage prior to each use, voltage always close to 14v prior to using, this particular time the voltage was 12.6v I put it on the charger it showed fully charged, I went fishing and the battery soon died after returning home I checked voltage it was 11v put on charger it went to full charge in 20 minutes checked voltage it was 12.6 volts……I shot a message thru amped website explaining what happened, I was surprised to get an email within a few hours they suspected I had a battery with the older BMS that had issues and they had already shipped me a new battery …….got the new battery in a few days and have used 3 times and it’s working great…..Wow !!! Highly recommend to someone who is in need of the Amped products…..Amped outdoors you guys rock !! cheers timmyp…..

Holy cow. Their customer service is second to none. 2 years ago I about a 80ah to run my accessors. 126, 106, helix 9 and livescope. For the past few mothers the battery was dying. Then it would only charge to 12.6 volts. Ampd sent me a brand new battery with a paid return shipping label. They didn’t question me or or what i have. I’ll 100% by my next lithium from them.

Been using Amped batteries for roughly 2 years to power my marine electronics… overall the performance has been great, everything turns on every time and the components are all high quality. What is prompting my review is the customer service… my 1-yr old 20aH battery wasn’t powering up my Garmin graph and after testing all the voltages and trying multiple things, I contacted Amped on a Saturday and now on Monday I wake up to a message that a new battery is being shipped to me with a return label for the defective unit. I was already a loyal customer but as long as this is how Amped operates they will have a customer for life. If you’re considering Amped Outdoors for anything at all, just do it - you won’t be disappointed.

Just received my battery and tray, looks awesome! Already on the charger getting it ready to power my Garmin graph, will update review down the road after some use. Would have been better had it come with a free hat! 😉 Cool sticker will go on boat. Thanks Amped Outdoors!

Absolutely love amped outdoors, there tungsten jigs are unbeatable. Between the price and quality they can't be beat. I've been buying them for the last 3-4 years an never had any issues. I've heard great things about there battery's as well but I personally havnt used them. I have purchased a few of there hoodies and shirts with no disappointments.
