[Giving 4 stars rather than 3 because some of my disappointment may be due to my own inexperience.] First, the staff & care seemed good, but this place is curbside care only! Owners wait out in the car- I had no idea.

Also, you can/should call before coming to get a place in “line.” Last, it’s triple the price compared to the 2 other vets we’ve seen at 3 more visits since being here. I had no idea the markup was that great… maybe a newbie mistake as a first time pet owner? I’ll only come back if it’s a huge/urgent, life-altering emergency.

I have been taking my pets here for over 5 years. The staff is so polite. The vets are so patient and knowledgeable. I have a senior dog with dementia and kidney issues. We have both kept under control to keep my dog comfortable.

The best vet experiences I've ever had. I had an emergency surgery on a cat that resulted in them staying the whole weekend for monitoring, and I was so worried the price was going to rack up. I was pleasantly surprised when it came time to pick her up, they didn't charge for the stay because it was just what was best for her recovery. I've had so many good experiences here and they truly care about the health of your pet and what is best for your furry friend. Even after moving to the cities I continued to drive about an hour just to receive this same care. I have now found a vet that I feel is very similar, that is closer to where I live. If I move closer to Hudson I will DEFINITELY be returning to this amazing team of vets!!

My senior kitty was showing signs of constipation. It was Saturday afternoon and my vet was closed. This place is a great emergency vet. They were nice, caring and understanding. I feel like their estimated time they gave me before I got there was accurate. Will be my first choice if I need another emergency vet!
