I have been working with both Misty and Chris on weather related property damage claims with two separate insurance companies. They have been extremely helpful walking me through the claims process and intervened when I had problems with one of the insurance companies. I highly recommend B&B Ins.

Blake and Misty are seriously the best insurance agents. I am so lucky to have B&B near me with their Park Falls location. I was t-boned last summer and Misty ended up on scene and just completely took care of everything on scene. It took so much stress away right off the get-go. Blake and Misty always periodically check-in with their clients and you just don’t find that in may insurance companies. 100%+ recommend them! They’re so knowledgeable and helpful. Working with B&B is incredibly easy. I like that I am able to e-mail Blake at any time during the business day with questions and she always responds promptly. I also like that they review my policy each year when it is coming close to renewal time and requote with other companies to see if there are cost savings to me.
