Beth is transparent, realistic, and cares about every single customer that walks through her door. Her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I had two situations where I was in a pinch and needed help and Beth was there to work with me and make sure I ended up with what I wanted. She was even able to fix my bent engagement ring DAYS before my wedding on a last minutes notice!! I could not recommend this jewelry shop more!
