Besides, anyone who climbs a ladder 16 feet up to go after alot of bees has my utmost respect. Brad explained how & what he'd do. It appears the bee issue has been eliminated for what I consider a very fair price. “Lived there for about 3 years. Was a great place to live. Priced a bit steep, but I don't think it's any higher than other similar places. Really enjoyed staying there before we bought a home. They were very accommodating in letting us upgrade to a larger unit when we had another child. I love owning a home, but sometimes miss that place. Nice setup/layout, and most of the residents were pleasant.”
