I called on a Thursday evening to see about a ride from river falls to MSP and he patiently pulled over to help me navigate the website to schedule my ride and when that didn't work he scheduled it for me and then arrived 20 min early to pick us up and was a great tour guide as well. Very nice ride to airport and very much appreciated his kindness and fantastic customer service.
