(April 20, 2022, 5:34 pm)I have been doing business with Silver Bison Ranch for many years now. Their bison is fantastic and they usually label their poundage under what it actually is. For example, I just cooked up a bison sirloin labeled at 9 ounces which weighed in at 9.8 ounces. Delicious. They have all you want: roasts, steaks, ground, etc. I cannot recommend this business more.
