“Great experience. Really trust my surgeon Dr. Bruce Bartie and Dr. Chad Hemminger. The Clinical Assistant sent my first prescription to the incorrect pharmacy, didn't realize or correct the issue (or even notify me), and since the pharmacy had no idea... when I called back to get my script filled I was insulted and ridiculed. I was told I was generating a red flag by taking too many narcotics. WRONG! Most of my experience was great, but sometimes dealing with clinical work is hard. Our healthcare system needs more compassion on the front line - and possibly even a pain specialist on staff to help with narcotic related issues.”
