(April 14, 2019, 9:09 pm)Contacted Delavan Culligan late Friday afternoon with a problem with an off brand softener. I had company coming this weekend and they had a service man here within the hour with the parts to fix my softener. 45 minutes later my unit was working properly. Service man friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys.

Bought parts that were recommended by service tech. Parts were wrong. No returns on opened parts. Parts were not opened aside from main bag, as each individual part is sealed in plastic. Not happy at all. Won't be going there or recommending anyone else to go there either.
