(October 18, 2017, 3:48 pm)My boys started last year (6 and 10 yrs old) and I started early this year. It is a comfortable atmosphere where we've all felt welcomed. The opportunity for learning during classes and during open hours on alternate days reflects Master Murphy and Mrs. Murphy's care and commitment to make us all better. Even as an 'old guy' getting started with taekwondo, I've noticed an improvement in my health and flexibility. Growing up, I used to dread the sports practices -- but I actually look forward to these classes.
