I would like to share with the community that the Cricket in Elkhorn is amazing. If you have a problem with your phone, don't know how to do something or even use all the options on it, Carrie and Jesus are more than willing to help you out. I have used a couple other providers over my time and this is by far the best one yet. Not only the customer service, the amount of my monthly bill and/or my coverage is just amazing!!! I travel all the time from here to Florida and never have to worry about loosing a call or anything of the nature. Carrie and Jesus go out of their way to always make sure that all their customers are happy and satisfied before they leave the store!! Keep Up The Amazing Job, and I'll keep sending people your way!!!
I have gone to this Cricket store twice. Each time Jesus has been there to help me. He understands phones, is friendly, and willing to help. I really appreciate the awesome service this store provides.
Carrie and Jesus are what customer service is all about! Knowledgeable, professional yet very personable. They effortlessly set up mom's flip phone (No easy task). I was impressed with their service while there and also switched over to Cricket. Referred several friends to them and they are happy with Cricket as well! Elkhorn is a great store!

She takes the time to make sure every customer is happy before they leave and goes through everything in great detail. It's customer service people like Carrie, that should be every where. I can't say enough about the Cricket Store in Elkhorn. I got my phone a few months back, and I also got Direct TV Now. Carrie was my sales rep and she did an amazing job. I went in to the store today, with some issues with my Direct TV Now, after an update on it, and low and behold yet again, she was able to help me.
