Ben was very nice and helpful in trading in our other vehicle, which was also purchased from Kunes a year ago, and helped us find a great replacement! “My father-in-law, Joe, was at RidgeStone for 2 years. He was 92 years old when he first went into assisted living. We were very impressed with the staff, the facility, the food, and the management. The staff were very friendly, competent and caring. You could tell they really cared for Joe. There was almost no staff turnover. Although I visited often, they would call me with updates or issues. Dawn, the activities co coordinator, would get him involved in activities and cook special breakfasts. The staff became my friends as well as Joe's, we will miss them. The rooms are well designed, with a living room, kitchenette and bathroom, they are bright and kept clean. Joe appreciated his comfortable room and the individual temperature setting, he liked it at 78 degrees. The food was very good, my husband and I ate there on occasion. Joe was not so fond of the food but he got to the point where he was not happy with any food, even his old favorites at 5 star restaurants. The only thing he liked was deserts. The management was very supportive of Joe's needs, his mental and physical well being. Marsha was so kind and loving towards all the residents. She worked with us to ensure Joe's mental and physical well being were both being met. If you are considering an assisted living facility, I would highly recommend RidgeStone. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful 2 years for Joe!!!!!!!”

“I'm not taking away a star by giving them four stars. I got a flat and came here out of convenience. They did not have my tire in stock but they ordered it and put it on within an hour of me arriving on Monday. The service was good, the atmosphere was peaceful and the dogs helped the hour pass by quicker. Granted I did not have an appointment and it probably would not have taken as long as it did, but I had no issue with the wait time. EVERYTHING was adequate and met my expectations. I will probably be going back soon to get my rear tires done as they seem far more competent than my last tire store. I would recommend them to friends. That being said I only tend to give 5 stars to exceptional establishments, which I'll acknowledge isn't exactly fair. However there are establishments that are exceptional and they deserve to be shown as such in reviews. This place is 5 stars in my book, you will get exactly what you came for and there isn't a lot of room for improvement. It to me though was extremely adequate not exceptional. I'm not going to be looking forward to needing tires but I know where to go if I do.”
