I have hair to my waist and she was extremely patient and very helpful. When my daughter was going to apply the color I had so many questions and concerns that I was able to call her four times and she still remained so patient and encouraging. When Tom is there, I'm always greeted by my name. It amazes me every time. The entire pharmacy staff works well with their customers, and help you save money as well with the medicines they provide. “This was a great experience all the way around. We had five riders and 2 of the 5 had never been on a scooter before. The training was top notch, it was well done, not too much info and not too little info. she worked with people individually if they were having a little trouble on something. We did the scenic map route as we only had 2 hrs wish we would have had more time as I could have spent the whole day riding around. The customer service was great! We had reservations for a boat ride that we had to get to and we made the mistake of walking from downtown so wouldn't have made it back in time. It was a little further than what we thought it was so if you don't have the time make sure to drive from downtown, otherwise it was a really nice walk. Our trainer I think her name was Lynette, then gave us a ride back and dropped us off directly in front of the boat tours, which was so incredible nice and we appreciated it so much! I will for sure come back with some friends to do this again. Thank you so much from the 5 of us Scoot Jockey's! We all can't stop talking about how much fun we had.”
