My husband and I felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the doors. The people are genuine and friendly. When we first started going we went through some hard situations and people we didn't even know at the time were checking in on us and praying over us.
(December 2, 2018, 11:14 am)I truly appreciate the genuineness of the people at Mt. Zion. There are so many kind and compassionate people here. It was very easy to get connected here when my husband and I got plugged into a small group. I also cannot say enough about the children's ministry. We have an infant and one in the preK. They send the parents home with information about the lesson and ways to continue to reinforce what they are learning. Even the babies do very simple lessons and are prayed over while in the nursery.
(November 26, 2018, 4:03 pm)Most reviews I found while looking for a home church stated that they were friendly. While that's an asset I found Mt. Zion to be friendly and engaging but MOST importantly I believe it to be built on the fervent faithful proclamation of Christ and Him crucified. I've found Mt. Zion's teachings to be of solid doctrine and sound Biblical truth, clear uncompromising teaching of God’s word.
