“I brought my daughter here after neglecting to bring in her for her first cleaning until she was 5 yrs old. Despite needing a lot of work, Dr. Jenny never scolded me or made me feel bad that I hadn't gotten treatment sooner. When my daughter ended up having multiple procedures under IV sedation, Dr.Jenny and anesthesiologist Dr. Crawford were very thorough in going over the plan and explaining every step and possible outcomes. 6 months later, my daughter went to see her for a cleaning and was scared of the polisher. Dr.Jenny took the time to let my daughter hold the instrument and work the foot pedal while wearing gloves and goggles so she felt like a dentist herself. She recognized the fear and adjusted accordingly to build trust. I was very impressed with how she handled a crying, scared child. Her patience was much appreciated that day!”
