Budget Truck Rental

Did not rent truck but if I did I’m sure it would be good

As everyone knows, moving can be very overwhelming. Especially moving cross country! I called Budget Truck Rental in Germantown and spoke with Austin. He was very professional and kind. I had so many questions and had called the office numerous times and each time I called Austin answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you so very much for all your help in making our move much smoother!!

As my wife and I were packing up our first truck, we were running out of room and needed a second truck ASAP! Germantown Budget Truck Rental had one ready to go in about 2 hours! The truck worked flawlessly! The day I picked up the truck, it was -8° outside. They turned on the truck about 10 minutes before my arrival time and it was all warmed up by the time we got there. The employee that helped us was able to answer all of our questions and get us on our way. He was also very genuine and personable. Although the temperature was below zero, the truck started perfectly every time. The people here were so accommodating to us! Budget Rental Trucks gave us everything we needed to have a successful move. I highly recommend Budget Rental Trucks!
