Everyone in this place is 5 stars. The front desk staff are friendly and very conscientious about privacy and patient information. The nursing staff is phenomenal and I cannot Say enough good things about Leah Toppel-Nelson, PA. She is an amazing, caring, and skilled provider.

I went to the New Berlin location for my appointment but was informed I was supposed to be in Germantown. Oops. Germantown was able to still get me in once I hightailed it there for the appointment. Very appreciative they could accommodate me when I made the mistake.

I was pleased forms could be completed online prior to my visit. Dr., nurse and receptionist were all professional and competent. Dr. Stokes remembered my last visit which was several years back. Thanks for the exceptional service and kind care.
