The best decision we’ve made was hiring Warren to sell and buy our home. He was so incredibly responsive (I don’t think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a return call/email). He was available at the drop of a hat for showings - which with this market and needing to look at houses the day they come on the market or they will be gone - this was much needed!! He went above and beyond to help us with our old home when needing to fix things after the home inspection was complete. He came to meet with contractors and helped us try to negotiate prices. He was very firm but also professional. We thought we were going to have such a hard time finding the house of our dreams with this crazy market and we ended up getting our favorite dream home and it was only the 2nd home we put an offer on (which in 2020 is unheard of). He is incredibly smart! Hire him NOW - you won’t regret it!!
