We have carried multiple insurance policies through the Penny Zagel Allstate Insurance Company for many years. We have always found everyone in the office to be helpful, considerate and efficient with any matters.
This group is so good to work with. I get a very personal approach very communicative very insightful and helps get plans exactly right for you! The drawback is the car insurance just isn't cheaper then others out there! But love Penny's team and they are great to get what you need for peculiar situations!
You have tremendous people working for you and that makes all the difference. They know me by name and when I call I am made to feel that I am the only person that matters at that time. They are friendly, helpful, and put up with my bi-polar personality :). I have and will continue to recommend anyone that asks about insurance to call you. I can't submit this without commenting on the wonderful boss/owner. I have never met another like Penny. Her glass is ALWAYS more than half full and she is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. 100% satisfied and have no reason to ever look elsewhere.
After my first claim, Allstate found that my original insurance policy was not transferred correctly. They advised that I needed to contact my Agent. It was a weekend and Penny still responded to my inquiry and helped get the ball rolling to get things corrected so that my claim could be satisfied. I am extremely pleased to have Penny as my agent, her ability to get back to me so quickly and get things moving helped me feel like I was an important customer.
