I ordered a trailer rim to be used as a spare from this company.
Unfortunately the warehouse selector shipped the wrong rim. It
happens. I told myself i would never order from this company
again as it was my first time ordering from them. I called customer
service and spoke with a very professional and pleasant i might
ad young lady by the first name of Maddy. She requested a picture
of the rim i received and i sent it out within 10 minutes. 15 minutes
after i sent out the picture i received an email from her that the
correct rim was going out by the end of the day. Because of her
swift actions to rectify the situation, this company and Maddy get
a 5 star review. It was painless and swift the way it should be. Thank
you Maddy. I will be back soon.
I had a really great experience with my order. The site was easy to use, and I located some Karavan hubs that were hard to find elsewhere.
