This company has a great mission and vision statement posted clearly in their front entry area. They work hard and live out the values displayed to each other as well as to their customers. Jennifer was a perfect example of an associate who was always kind to me and dedicated to good outcomes.

I would have given 5 stars but refrained because early comunications weren't clear that they would only be facilitating an order for cabinets but were not involved in assuring the layout would actually fit or work in the kitchen/bathroom remodels. I was supposed to have designs drafted beforehand by someone else. This led to order delays and some anxiety in meeting tight deadlines. Once understood, Jennifer moved the orders along quickly. Additionally she facilitated a replacement part in record time so that was excellent.

Overall, the product is great and the service was very good. Thank you!

James was very helpful over the phone in answering questions about a cabinet slide out tray. Be sure to call if you are just buying a few items, because the shipping costs that will appear online reflect rates for partial truckload purchase. Calling in the order will get you the reasonable item-level shipping costs.

Wonderful experience for each of the 3 projects I have purchased for with CS Hardware. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of the cabinets. James Hall in sales went above and beyond. He kept in touch and walked me through keeping things straight as we were building multiple kitchens and baths once again. It was a pleasant experience from start to completion.
