The lady who helped me this morning was so nice. I also brought a UPS package and she directed me to the nearest drop box which was very convenient since I have my baby with me!

The staff at the Jackson Post Office are nothing short of AMAZING! Always happy & friendly no matter how busy they are & most importantly, they know their customers. A special thank you to Colleen for special handling my medication after a mix up with our forwarding. She saw it come in, knew we were already at our temporary out of state location & packaged it up with one other item & sent it to me along with a note of explaination & a Christmas greeting to us & our family. She is truly a keeper & deserves recognition. This is why I support my Post Office. I can go anywhere to buy stamps or ship something but the service isn't the same as what I always get at the Jackson Post Office.

Awesome customer service. The regulars are very polite and always willing to help. Also very positive and are friendly to the customers. All of the regulars are great, but Mrs. Stephanie, Mrs. Colleen, and Mrs. Cassandra go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. All are very generous and genuine. Mrs. Stephanie is so kind, especially to my young son who loves to visit Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Colleen on a regular basis. They even created a Easter Basket for my son, for no reason but to be nice to him. They're very helpful when a package goes missing or need any other follow up assistance on a package.After many bad experiences at other USPS stores, the Jackson USPS is great because of the people who work there. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service.

The most kind and helpful postal workers are found in Jackson. I have used this post office for more than 10 years and they are consistently kind, they always listen and offer to help with any issue in any way they can. They are also super heros as they manage to fight off the evil forces that come from other offices :) :) :) I really appreciate their service!

Always friendly service whether you call or walk in. Stephanie is fantastic and helped me retrieve a lost package. She stayed in contact with me the whole time until I received it. She truly cares for customer service and I wish other post offices would be as kind and caring as Jackson's. (My original claim landed in cedarburg post who completely blew me off)
