From the moment I checked in at the registration desk, by the super friendly staff, to the technicians (Kyle, Jaime and I think her name was Megan) to the physician, Dr. Hansen, performing the exam, I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was very reassuring, and explained everything in detail, as to what was going to happen. I applaud their "bed side manner," and appreciate their genuine concern and professionalism. Not sure about all units, but mine includes a motion activated light and power outlet for keeping the battery maintained on my boat during winter. Last week I called with a question and the Regional Manager (Marc) immediately called me back with assistance. Really couldn't ask for anything more of a storage facility. 5 star amenities and service!”

When my grandmother arrived she was almost none responsive, with a great staff caring for her she was able to regain strength she started eating again and watching TV also! When you are in a crisis situation having Loving and Caring people around you until you're able to arrive makes it much easier!
