Mirror Image Hair Salon

My Mom needed assistance after surgery following a broken leg. Mom raved about how the nice the people were and how good the food is. My Dad soon needed memory care and both are extremely happy with New Perspective West Bend. A special shout out to Jill Semerad that made admissions seamless and got both of my Parents the help that they so need.

I have lived at New Perspective for 2 years. I love the people. The activities are fun and there is a variety. I really enjoy the pub ,pool,a d classes. The beauty shop onsite is nice and the bus trips are fun. This facility is has a feeling of "co.munity".

My comment would be it's very nice and I reccomend living here. Everyone is very nice and this is my home. I love sitting by the fire places.

The opportunity to meet New People has been wonderful. You can be as active as you'd like. I have a lot of choices each day to be active and meet new people.

In April we moved my dad out of New Perspective to be closer to me, his daughter. After 2 days I knew we made a mistake. We gave the new place 3 months to improve, they never did. He is now back at New Perspective. The care and the staff is unbeatable! They are so friendly and compassionate. The facility is beautiful and always clean. There is LIFE there. Residents get out of their rooms and socialize. My dad is back to being happy and I can sleep, knowing that he's well cared for.

Wonderful service. Kristen cuts my hair the way I want it and gives me suggestions that work for me. Love it.

Awesome salon. Love my stylist, but all of them are great. They are going over and above to meet covid standards. I feel totally safe.

I went in after reading Google 5 Stars..I decide I needed a new hair do..I was welcomed by Diane,we talked few minutes and she had a opening in hour.I was ok..be back then..she was so nice..I showed up and she took me right in .showed hair hair cut style I wanted..I LOVE MY NEW DO!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!.I felt relaxed..I have only been to few salon .never left happy..I left looking in my mirror all the way home..saying I LOVE MY HAIR..MAYBE SHE WILL POST BEFORE AFTER PICTURES..This a great place to go..and feel like you've been there for years...I left knowing I will be back...HAPPY
