Furniture costs money. Good furniture costs good money… I don’t know what people expect. lol. I would say their prices are about 5-10% higher than you could find online. If local service doesn’t have that much value to you, don’t use it. Simple.

That said, this store, and frankly every store we’ve contacted lately has very low to no stock of what we were looking for. The “back in stock time” is so long in fact, they refuse to sell floor models. Makes sense, you’d eventually have an empty showroom… I recognize almost none of that is their fault, and I’d certainly go back. I just wouldn’t expect to be able to get anything I pay for within the better part of a year or more. I can’t just burn hundreds of dollars to wait nearly a year for the opportunity to obtain what I partially paid for already, basically on a hope and a prayer they don’t fold or something else goes wrong in the world. Sort of at an impasse that’s really not their fault and I don’t know what could even be done differently. Just know, going in, you’re looking at months to a year before you’ll be able to get some things to your home.

It was excellent! The service I received was excellent; the cream of the crop!

People are amazing everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I would and am going back to them.

Went in to browse. Staff was friendly and answered my questions but not pushy.
