(July 15, 2022, 5:45 pm)West Bend Optical stands by the glasses they sell. Today, my wife's frames bent. We can point fingers at whose fault it was and play the blame game all day. But let's not. Anyway, I brought the mangled glasses in. WBO fixed the glasses and replaced the nose pads! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My wife has gone here for years and loves the service.

They are great to work with not only during appointments but also when service after the sale is required. I had a set of frames that snapped around the lens. I went in there and they fixed me right up, it couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend these folks.
