He helped me right off by having me send the claim to Germantown instead of waiting for the other insurance to resolve the issue. I initially heard from the insurance of the other driver and was told that they would get back to me but they never did. Because Russ recommended this and then followed through several times, I was able to get the funds from Germantown and get going in a new vehicle. Russ also helped me get into a rental vehicle during the interim. Germantown also will work with the other insurance so I don’t have to deal with that ether.
