Sifu Jennifer is a great instructor. Private lessons and flexible class schedules helps to fit some exercise, self defense training, and stress relief in my busy life. Everyone is friendly and supportive of each other.
A fun way to get back into martial Arts. Pace is good, not too fast and the rates are very reasonable. Flexible scheduling helps and fun to go with my son's. Glad to do this for myself and add something healthy into my lifestyle.
