A small rock hit my windshield while I was driving home on the freeway. One call to Jeff’s office is all it took for me to understand the process for repair! As it turns out, the procedure was easy and caused no disruption in my workday. Safelite AutoGlass scheduled a convenient day and time for the repair and then sent me a text to say Jason was on his way to repair my windshield. Thank you Jeff and company for creating this efficient service with a reliable vendor like Safelite. I’m so happy I switched to an insurance company that knows who I am and provides me with individualized customer care!
