Outstanding customer service; I will definitely be going back for any body work needs! It started when I had to get my bumper and tire fixed earlier this year. I worked w/ Sarah and she was pleasant and efficient! I recently called them b/c my front bumper popped out of alignment. After attempting to pop it back in myself, and not succeeding, I called Sarah and she graciously offered to "pop" it back in free of charge. I drove over during my lunch break, they took 5 minutes to realign the bumper and off I went. What a delightful surprise that I left with everything back in its place for free! Thanks Sarah and Caliber!!

Hands down greatest repair shop! Joel was amazing during the process. He updated me on the status of my car weekly. I felt very safe in trusting his judgement and made the process very smooth and painless

Our Ford F150 sustained extensive hail damage to multiple surfaces on the vehicle (roof, hood, windshield, doors, rails, bed)
