I highly recommend this center. You will feel comfort, and support in whatever stage of meditation or learning you are in. Jesse is a warm, caring and down to earth teacher. He genuinely wants to share the benefits mindfulness can bring to each person and the community. The RIM community he has cultivated is loving, supportive and kind. Rooted in Mindfulness is a wonderful, nuturing and compassionant setting to learn meditation skills. The other attendees come from a wide range experiences including those new to meditation and others that are seasoned practitioners. Jesse Foy facilitates the meditation presenting fresh perspectives and an accepting atmosphere for all.
