Momentum was just the right fit for the physical tune up I needed. There welcoming and professional atmosphere made me feel that I was in good hands. I would personally recommend Lisa as your next manual therapist. The compassion and dedication she brings to her work shows through all of her patients!
My husband and I have worked with Nadin Bailey as a massage therapist and trainer ( Pilates and Yoga) for three years. She is knowledgeable and empathetic and is able to adjust to our needs with each visit. We are so thankful that we found her!
Lisa is awesome! Very informative, very knowledgeable and above all very good at what she does! Already noticing an improvement. Highly recommend!
Lisa is the consummate professional. Her expertise and ability to draw from a huge range of physiotherapeutic disciplines allows maximum flexibility in application and the ability to individualize fitness and bodywork to her patients’ differing needs and lifestyles. I always walk out of her office with new hope: feeling immediately better and with helpful insights for how to improve my condition into the future.
Lisa is a muscle whisperer! She knows the body and hears the cry of the smaller muscles that don't get the attention that the "more popular" muscles that keep us active get. She stretches these muscles and brings the skeleton back into alignment.
I love that she is a strong believer that it doesn't have to be painful. She asks for input and she makes sure that you are always comfortable. I really appreciated that she explained what she was doing and then showed me as she worked.
She taught me an exercise that I can do at home to build up these smaller muscles that actually do a lot of work keeping your core in alignment and posture centered! It's so simple. I am becoming more aware and sensitive to my body doing this simple exercise.
She's brilliant!
