Just returned to Grand to buy a washer and dryer. Got a real education from Scott about what to consider when buying laundry appliances. Made a good decision and left very happy with the purchase.

We had a microwave die about a month ago and knew our fridge was soon to go as well. We called Grand and worked with Scott. We bought the microwave first and then took home pricing and info on two fridges we were interested in. Sure enough about 2 weeks later our old fridge was barely keeping food cold. I emailed Scott about a sale I had seen advertised and he got me some new pricing on the two fridges. Waiting a little bit saved us a couple hundred bucks. We made the decision and emailed him which one we wanted. Thankfully it was in stock and delivered to us within 5 days! Scott was incredibly responsive via email and the delivery team was great! We love our new fridge and really enjoyed working with Grand, Scott snd team. Thanks!

Did some research On the dishwasher I wanted in advance and then called the store as it had the best price I could find. The salesperson who answered was very helpful and Was able to buy the dishwasher and schedule delivery and install in less than 5 minutes. Super easy and a great price!!!
