(January 7, 2021, 12:47 pm)I am so glad I found Cleanslate! There is not many places that take Badgercare so I am so glad I found them! They are all kind, caring, and considerate! Lauren is great and make me feel like she really cares about my recovery and all the issues in my life that are very stressful. Everyone there is very helpful and nice. i never have to wait long and am just so grateful that I found them!
(February 12, 2020, 5:01 pm)Clean slate is a very clean and organized clinic. All staff are educated and knowledgeable. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes. Amy, the recovery support specialist is more than happy to help with finding resources. I appreciate that she truly understands what patients are going through!!
(February 3, 2020, 4:39 pm)Absolutely fantastic! Best clinic around. I highly recommend to all that are ready to LIVE life! I do not know if has inpatient or outpatient program or even aftercare is available, but highly recommended for all in need!! Even if not I still highly recommend it and reaching out to find an aftercare, inpatient, or outpatient program if needed. The resources and tools are there for you, now it is up to you to make the LIFE commitment! AND THIS IS WHERE IT BEGINS!! 😀👍 DO NOT WAIT!!!! 🏃 🏃♀️
