(November 4, 2019, 6:51 pm)I have a degree in psychology from another university and decided to return to school for my BSN at Herzing Brookfield. The professors are amazing, supportive with every step and are really there for you any time you need them or ask for help. The tutoring is great and the rest of the staff is always there for the students for support, to problem solve, or help with anything as well. Schools in my past, it would take forever to see my adviser, meet with a professor or get an answer from financial aid. At Herzing Brookfield, all of the staff is great, I know my adviser (she was also my lab instructor), and financial aid is great at everything they do for the students here. The smaller class and lab sizes are great because we get much more focused attention from our professors and they really want to see us succeed. I have attended 2 colleges and 2 other universities in my past. I remember two advisers names out of all of those schools. Brookfield is very different because there is no way I would be able to forget my teachers, advisers or the rest of the staff. This has been the best experience I could have asked for.
(October 24, 2019, 3:44 pm)The staff and faculty members got back to me in a timely manner, and were able to solve my problems. I realize that most of the time, the calls I receive were from home office and not from the campus. They were really helpful in guiding me to the correct department to answer my questions, so I'm thankful for that!
