The customers who write negative comments complaining that they get turned away due to not having a proper container to bring their items in to sell haven't done any research before trying to sell their items. It clearly says on Once Upon A Child's website to not bring your items in bags and therefore, the negative reviews concerning that problem should not be trusted.
