The Jewelry Center

I purchased two wedding bands from The Jewelry Center and within a week of my wedding, two stones fell out on separate occasions. While TJC was accommodating to make the repairs, the quality of work and overall appearance of the rings is lacking. Approximately two years later after continually feeling unsatisfied with my ring, I reached out to them and they assured me of their lifetime satisfaction guarantee. Sure enough, I was able to exchange my rings for ones that I am much happier with. TJC has been very accommodating to ensure I am proud of my rings.

Had a very nice first time experience at The Jewelry Center. Enjoyed working with Kathy. She was fun and professional and I felt trustworthy with what I wanted. I now have a beautiful necklace out if my diamond wedding ring and earrings. Great experience!!!!

Dave at the Jewelry Center did a laser engraving on a gift I bought for my daughter's birthday and he totally nailed it. I let him choose the font and instead of telling him explicitly where to place it I trusted his judgment. Thank God I did! It turned out perfectly. The whole team was super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Absolutely love the Jewelry Center! Amazing customer service! The line and variety of jewelry is outstanding! No pressure which I love!! Also if you ever need a battery replaced or anything fixed it should be your go to place! Catherine is the best!!

Linda was great. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she spent extra time helping me find just what I wanted. Even though I am not a jewelry guy I felt comfortable. No crazy spin. It was a much better experience than I expected.
