(January 1, 2020, 11:37 am)I really enjoyed this experience. I highly suggest if you go to do during an event like we did for new years. I also highly suggest going with a group of 3 or more couples so that you can really get the full range of what they have to offer. The tables were clean and that's a feat after seeing what they looked like after the party. The establishment was well maintained including restrooms. The only draw back was that the servers and house staff we inexperienced and most of them looked to be minors which isn't inherently bad but it was easy to tell by their expressions that they felt overwhelmed and not confident in their training. Over all had a really lovely evening!
(November 25, 2019, 1:52 pm)The food is absolutely delicious and the staff were very attentive. It was our first time going to a Fondue restaurant. But, our waitress did an excellent job explaining how items were supposed to be cooked. My only gripe is the amount of meat we were given was in very small portions. But, I've been told by numerous people, that's too be expected at a fondue restaurant.
(November 22, 2019, 11:19 pm)So I went here with my friend Nikki for part of her Birthday Month celebration on 11-20-19. She had not been here before so I was hoping it would be a great experience.
To be honest, I have always had a great experience when I come to the Brookfield Melting Pot. This was no exception. Everything was spot on. My friend enjoyed herself as well. We had a great night.
I'd like to make mention of our server Maddy as well. It was also her first night there! I would have never guessed it though. She was fabulous and certainly a breath of fresh air. Friendly, Engaged, never missed a beat and took care of us like a pro! She alone is worth a return visit and I will make sure to ask for her as my server when returning! Kudos Maddy and Melting Pot!
