(September 3, 2019, 12:35 am)The room we rented had a king size bed and it was clean. The price was affordable and came with a breakfast with eggs and sausages. The staff working when we checked in was friendly.

The air conditioning went out in our room and we called the front desk who came up right away to fix it. He couldn't fix it and offered us a new room 2 doors down.
The ac was perfect in that room.
Then the neighbors upstairs kept stomping around at 10:30pm so we called the desk again (we had to be up at 5am so we were already in bed). The manager (I think) went right upstairs and told them to keep it down. They immediately stopped and we fell asleep. This is the most responsive, attentive, kind staff I've met at a hotel for awhile.
I used to work at choice hotels, ascend collection and we specialized in customer service. This staff and management had the excellence of a 5 star hotel!
