(October 25, 2020, 8:03 pm)I am not a local customer and was passing through the area Sunday afternoon, when I ran into a flat tire. The Manager accommodated me at very short notice towards closing time. Upon finding it to be a valve issue, not only did he promptly fix it, but also did not charge me for it. It was a great gesture on his part and I am truly thankful for it.

(August 6, 2020, 11:03 pm)Had a great experience at Monro! I was next door at REI when I realized I had an extremely low tire. Drove over to Monro and they filled it up for no charge. Shout out to the assistant manager Derek for being so friendly and helpful!
