  Being in a position where you need to have an attorney is overwhelming in itself. Jim, Tom and their team did an amazing job keeping in touch and letting me know what was happening every step of the way. If you want an extremely kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate team, these are your guys. Calls and e-mails were returned in a timely manner. They are very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

  After my automobile accident a friend suggested I call Smith and Rowan. So I did and they were just wonderful to work with.

  After being injured in an automobile accident, I didn’t want to be just another number to a law firm you see advertised on TV. I was looking for a law firm that was personable, took the time to explain the process and ins and outs to me, and someone I could count on that would be available/flexible whenever I had a question. After reading Smith and Rowan’s Google reviews, I felt they were a good fit for me and after meeting with Tom and Jim Smith I was confident they would do everything they could to get me the settlement I deserved. Throughout the process Tom was always in contact with me letting me know what was needed and where they were in the settlement. After a year and a half, all their hard work paid off and I received a settlement I was comfortable with. Tom and Jim Smith were very professional, transparent and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who is going through a personal injury/auto accident claim. Thank you Tom and Jim for all your hard work and dedication.

  I retained Jim and Tom Smith for an automobile accident insurance claim. I have retained lawyers for many other things but this was by far the best experience i have ever had with a law firm. Nothing but constant professionalism every step of the way. At no point did i feel uninformed about what was going on or how a proceeding was going to go. When it came time for mediation, Jim and Tom did an excellent job in explaining how the mediation process would go. Jim and Tom did a great job at getting me a great settlement over. The settlement was explained very clearly for me to understand how funds were being distributed to each of the involved parties.
