Set up an appointment for 10 :30 5 days in advance. Serviceman did excellent job helping me get best tires for my needs and budget and ordering my tires I arrived for my appointment on time and waited 4hours and 15min for the work to be done. They left the seat cover and floor mat trash for me to dispose. Employees were very courteous...All was good but the wait time was unacceptable.

My kids were here from Idaho and bought my brother-in-law's truck. They needed a wheel alignment before they headed back home so I went on line to look at the reviews at this Big O Tire shop in San Tan Valley. Joe got a great review so I asked for him when I called but he was on vacation. Mike said come on in and I will take care of you because I had told him I was a widow now and my husband had been there several times to get wheel alignments and buy tires. So when my kids went in he was so nice and accommodating not only did they get a wheel alignment they bought four new all-terrain tires. They got the best deal they said because in the small town they live in in Idaho they would never have gotten such a great deal as Mike gave them... plus his crew worked past 7:00 pm to make sure that the tires were on and the wheels were aligned and now my kids are back in Idaho safe and sound so thank you so much Mike and thank your team and my kids want me to say thank you as well for giving them such a great deal and Mike now I know I won't be afraid if I need to come there for tires or a wheel alignment because you will not take me down the road like a lot of men do when they see a single woman come in to a shop to buy tires.

Only a couple of stores worth visiting. Ample parking.

1st visit there and we were very impressed. Great pizza and eggplant.

Pizza Vino has really good food
